Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and an essential vitamin that provides protection against free radical damage to the cells.  It helps to form red blood cells and provide heart protection.  

Many vitamin E products on the market are synthetic.  These may be cheaper, but they can actually be harmful to the body.  Vitabase Dry Vitamin E is an all natural form that is not oily as are most vitamin E supplements.
