Vitabase Pureway-C is a new Vitamin C ingredient that has lipid metabolites.  Lipid metabolites are fat soluble and help boost Vitamin Cs functions in the body.  Vitamin C is thus more easily absorbed and results in higher cellular and plasma levels of Vitamin C.  Vitamin C is also more easily retained by the body.
