Suggested Use: Add one (1) ml (full dropper) to a glass of water once a day only. Should NOT be taken with hot liquids. We recommend taking Synthovial Seven® first thing in the morning. (This is a good way of getting in the habit of taking it every day to obtain the maximum benefits from regular use.) It is VERY IMPORTANT that it is taken EVERY DAY, especially the first bottle.
